Mr. Konstantinos I. Chatzifotis, EU Affairs Manager at Motor Oil Group and coordinator of the TRIĒRĒS project shared key plans and progress of the Greek Hydrogen Valley at the European Hydrogen Week 2023 in Brussles.
This event addressed critical aspects of the hydrogen sector, including scaling up electrolyser manufacturing, ensuring a resilient EU hydrogen supply chain, and the role of hydrogen in decarbonising road transport.
Discussions highlighted the Clean Hydrogen Monitor 2023, the Hydrogen Bank, sector coupling, and the importance of hydrogen storage in future energy systems.
TRIERES consortium members were present and explored developments and perspectives in engineering, procurement and construction and how those could be utilised in the context of the TRIĒRĒS valley.
